Consent

Content made available directly through PNS TV Premium must be supported by appropriate rights, permissions or agreements permitting its publication and commercial use.
PNS TV Premium may request or retain appropriate documentation relating to age, consent and content rights where required.
Report Content
If you believe that content made available through PNS TV Premium:
- depicts a person who was under 18 years of age at the time the content was produced;
- depicts sexual activity or conduct that was not consensual;
- has been published without appropriate authorization or consent;
- infringes your rights or the rights of another person; or
- otherwise violates applicable law,
please report it immediately.

Reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse material, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content or other potentially unlawful material will be treated as a priority.
